Welcome!

This online community is the virtual meeting place for the Kathryn W. Davis Global Community Scholars at Westchester Community College. One of the goals of this scholarship program is to foster a sense of community, collaboration, and support among its members. This online community will serve this purpose 24 hours a day, seven days a week, allowing scholars to share ideas and keep in touch between regular meetings.

The scholarship recipients and co-directors have memberships on this site that will allow them to create online profiles, view announcements and scholarship activity schedules, participate in discussion forums, send private messages to other members, and create blogs to chronicle the development of service projects and other activities. The public will be able to view the contents of the site as well, though membership is required to participate through posting.
